We’ve got answers

Yes! All Rentzie rentals are covered under our Rentzie Protection policy. If something goes wrong — damage, loss, or an issue with your order — reach out to us directly and we’ll make it right.
If your item doesn’t fit, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to swap you into a better size or a different piece. Our stylist is also available before your rental to help get sizing right the first time — just reach out before you order.
Every item goes out professionally cleaned and pressed. We handle all cleaning ourselves between every rental, so your look always arrives fresh and ready to wear — just enjoy it and return it as-is, no washing needed on your end.
We personally handle all deliveries across Tampa & St. Pete, so delivery times depend on scheduling availability. We recommend booking at least 1–2 days before your event to guarantee your look arrives on time. Need something urgently? Message us and we’ll do our best!
Late returns are charged on a prorated daily basis. For example, if your rental is $50 for 7 days, a late fee of approximately $7/day applies for each additional day until the item is returned. If you need extra time, just let us know in advance and we’ll try to work with you.
Absolutely — that’s one of our favorite parts! Contact us and our stylist will help you pull together the perfect look for your occasion, body type, and vibe. It’s totally free and we love doing it.
